▸ अपनी संपूर्ण जानकारी भर दे।
▸ सबमिट बटन को क्लिक करें।
▸ विभाग द्वारा निर्धारित माध्यम जैसे :- नेट बैंकिंग, यूपीआई, क्रेडिट कार्ड, डेबिट कार्ड के माध्यम से शुल्क का भुगतान करें।
▸ भविष्य के संदर्भ में आवेदन फार्म का प्रिंट आउट कर ले।
